Shining Stars is a group show of International Artist represented by GD’AI. It’s an excursion through the contemporary Art World, from USA to Europe, from Canada to Mexico and Caribbean Islands. It’s a selection of renowned artists, belonging to “Today’s History,” representative of the most significant international cultural and pictorial currents: Abstractionism, neo-figurative, neo-Realism, expressionism, etc. It’s on “idea of the Art” to encourage to know more about the present artistic human creativity all over the world; to understand the difference between decorative and fine art; to promote to collect art as a spiritual need and investment as well; “art”, as a junction and link between the artwork in itself and the every day life.
This exhibition is the nucleus of the soon to be launched “California Foundation for International Global Arts,” a non-profit organization designed to educate and enhance the life of local regional, national and worldwide audiences by offering artistic cultural events year-round, with newsletter, courses, art and music classes, workshops, round table, lectures, auctions, exhibitions and concerts. CFIGA will benefit from a portion of the proceeds of the art sold at the exhibit.
